Trey Teichelman is the designated broker of record of First Preston Management, Inc. located in Addison, Texas. Trey began his career in Real Estate in 1992. Trey is a 14 year native of McKinney and familiar with the growth patterns of the Dallas metro area that populations have grown to exceed 1.2 Million. Experienced in both residential and commercial properties, Trey is an investor who understands the equity margins and yield spreads all property investors or owners are striving for.

Trey is dedicated to offering the highest level of service to his clients and customers. He has the training and experience needed to close every transaction quickly and efficiently and he understands the many frustrations connected with buying and selling real estate and knows what it takes to avoid them.

Trey has attended more than 27 core real estate business courses and accumulated over 750 continuing education units (CEU) [actual class hours]. He is knowledgeable about the legal requirements of closing real estate transactions in Texas and knows the greater Dallas geographic area, the local real estate market, the neighborhoods and the schools. Trey has recently been identified as a top 8% producer of all North Texas Real Estate Agents through the North Texas Real Estate Information System.
