PLANO TX is an upper and middle class suburb located North of DFW, mostly in
Collin County, but also in Denton County. The population of Plano as of the 2000 census was 222,030 making it the ninth largest city in Texas.
Plano is framed by most of the major highways in the Metroplex, (I-75, 635, 121, 190 and the North Dallas Tollway), and is only 20 – 30 minutes from Downtown Dallas. Plano is the headquarters location to many corporations such as Cadbury Schwepps, Dr. Pepper, Frito Lay, EDS and JC Penney.
